The majority of the ASP staff are in the Development Department. They are split into teams that specialize around the clients of the time. ASP have had a team supporting the Infor ERP system “SyteLine” for more than 8 years and the work has involved not just Modifications and New Facilities for the product, but also to create Country Packs and Translations on behalf of Infor for China, Taiwan., Thailand and the Philippines. ASP believes that its combined experience and knowledge around the SyteLine product make it the premier location in the world to support this particular product. ASP has had a long-standing contract with Pacejet Inc of the USA for the development of their Transport Management System (TMS),
Three months ago, ASP was commissioned to create a new ERP system from scratch for a leading Philippine Company, the required product was to be built using Linux-Java-Apache Ofbis. This was a completely new venture for ASP and some specialist Java skills were imported. ASP wants to use this experience to release a new Open-Source product on the market under SaaS licensing. So some ASP staff are experiencing a dramatic culture change!
The reputation of the ASP staff in these specialist areas is such that we get inquiries from SyteLine users from all around the world. Like the PSO division the Developers are called upon to take their very special knowledge to client sites around the world. Recently developers have taken on commissions in China, Japan and the UK.

Customization and Modification
We understand our customer requirements so we always create customized software solutions for them. We have our software packages that can be customized and modified based on client’s specific requirements. We are using different technologies such as Microsoft SQL 2000/2005, Microsoft .Net, Crystal Reports and BIRT to address this part. We make use of different tools so that customization will be easier and the products will be delivered at the fastest possible time.
