Consisting of a team of ex-Users from a Manufacturing or Supply Chain environment, these Business analysts are a very important part of the ASP set-up as they compliment the Development and provide a very valuable service to the client base.

PSO staff are used to help to design and test modifications and changes in cooperation with the Developers, to assist ASP clients to install and utilize their Applications Software, to assist others to audit and upgrade their existing software.

PSO staff are often called upon to take on overseas work. Right now Asp is engaged in an 8-country commission for a UK based Telephone Infrastructure Company which involves sending staff to 8 countries (Egypt, Kenya, Dubai, South Africa, Pakistan, Cameroon and Ivory Coast) to install and train local staff to use their new ERP systems.
